Harvest from-under-the-snow Monday

If it wasn't for the thaw, i'd have nothing (I miss my polytunnel) but we had a few days of mild temperature so I bring you parsley.

That's all (and some stored butternuts).

  1. My parsley is still covered by snow. I wonder if I'll see it before springtime or if our one blizzard was all we get.

  2. I'm always learning somethong new from you cold climate gardeners, I had no idea that parsley was so hardy. My parsley always breezes through the overnight freezes that we get but that's no real test compared to what your garden goes through.

  3. Wow parsley is much hardier than I realized! I can't believe it survived the snow uncovered and it's still green!
